Arbor Pointe offers elegance, ambiance and modern sophistication in a secluded environment in the heart of historic Round Rock. Our six acre "hidden treasure" is nestled on the banks of Brushy Creek and allows you to” escape the Round Rock” and find room to breathe. Surrounded by natural beauty is our 3,500 square foot limestone building which houses our separate Reception Room and Buffet Room and private Groom’s Quarters.  Adjacent is a second 1,500 square foot building which houses our Meeting Room and private Bride’s Parlour.  The magnificent towering oak trees create a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a Texas "hill country" setting of unique and secluded natural venues.

While Arbor Pointe is a fairly new facility, our wedding professionals are not new to the wedding marketplace. Our vision is to provide an AFFORDABLE SINGLE LOCATION for your event venue where people are comfortable and enjoy the time spent together. Our pre-designed packages include the services of our in-house planning professionals, wedding ceremony officiant, bonded caterer, experienced DJ and valet parking attendants.  While we offer the "all inclusive" packages, we understand that everyone is different and has different dreams.  We will listen to your desires and assist you in customizing a package to fit your unique and individual needs.  At Arbor Pointe Event Centre we strive to provide you with the ability to stay within your budget by not charging gratuity or additional service fees.

Arbor Pointe's amenities include elegant interiors with vaulted ceilings, chandeliers, wooden floors, and linen dressed tables with Versailles mahogany chairs.  The interior decor adds charm and ambiance to your romantic day. From intimate to lavish affairs, Arbor Pointe offers a beautiful place to host your event.  We provide specially designed areas for our brides and grooms to enjoy their attendants and family as they prepare for their event in the privacy of our Bride's Parlour and Groom's Quarter. The English pub-style Groom's Quarters, complete with couch, leather chairs, ceiling to floor mirror and 26 inch  TV; sets the mood for a stress free environment where our groom's are treated with personalized care and attention.   Our bride's will enjoy our specially designed bridal suite building in complete privacy.  Begin your fairytale day stepping under a crystal chandelier into a romantic European style Bride's Parlour.  Walk barefoot on the plush, spa-like carpet and relax on our chaise lounge.  With individual vanities, custom dress hooks, private bath and fully mirrored wall, your bride's chamber has all the practical necessities as well as the luxury to prepare for your special day.  There is ample room and seating for guests to visit the bride and her attendants.  Retreat outside to the Bride's Arbor where you can enjoy hors d'oeuvres and wine as you listen to the sound of Brushy Creek flowing below.  With our landscaped arbors, you will have the perfect place for outside weddings, formal bridal portraits and engagement photos.

The friendly and dedicated professionals at Arbor Pointe Event Centre bring to our clients a wide spectrum of skills and experience necessary to host a successful event. Our staff has over 16 years combined experience assisting prospective brides and grooms in Round Rock, Austin and surrounding areas and over 25 years experience in business development, management and customer service.  As a part of our staff, Retired Justice of the Peace Patricia Ott continues to officiate and work hand-in-hand with clients to personally design their wedding vows and ceremony.
